Mike Mellinger

Mike Mellinger began his commercial real estate career in 1986.   Since then, he has negotiated thousands of contracts and commercial leases, developed and revitalized numerous neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, office buildings, single and multi-tenant developments and many other types of commercial properties.  Since opening Mellinger Commercial in 2000, Mike has consistently completed over $20 million in sales and/or leases each year.  He has served as Vice Chairman on the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as having served as Chairman of the Board of Adjustments for the City of Springfield.  The many years of experience in mediating this interaction between the public and private sector give Mike the unique qualities that enable him to handle what seem like challenging projects to others.  He dedicates himself to providing the highest degree of professionalism and ethics in serving each and every client with their commercial real estate needs.  Mike prides himself on client retention; his dedication to serving the needs of each client is second to none and his persistence and determination combined with knowledge and expertise produce outstanding results.
